Privacy Policy

General provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Clients in connection with their use of the Service Provider's Services.
  2. The terms used in the Regulations have the same meaning in this Privacy Policy.
  3. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure respect for privacy and protection of personal information provided by Clients.
  4. Personal data is processed by the Administrator in accordance with applicable law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".

Personal Data Administrator

  1. The administrator of Clients' personal data provided in connection with their use of Services (hereinafter: "Personal Data") is the Service Provider, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
  2. The administrator is obliged by law to protect the processed personal data against their disclosure to unauthorized persons and removal by an unauthorized person, to process data in accordance with the requirements of the Act and to protect data against change, loss, damage or destruction.

Principles of collecting Clients' Personal Data

  1. Viewing the content of the website does not require the Client to provide Personal Data.
  2. Placing Orders requires the Client to provide Personal Data in order to perform the Agreement.
  3. Failure to provide Personal Data by the Client will not allow the Order to be placed.

The scope of processing Personal Data

  1. The Administrator will ask the Client to provide the following Personal Data, which the Client should provide in order to place an Order:
    1. surname and name,
    2. container shipping address,
    3. e-mail address,
    4. telephone number,
    5. invoice details, including tax identification number (NIP) (if required),
    6. and any additional information that the Client wants to provide.
  2. In order to implement the Sales Agreement, the Service Provider may disclose the data collected from the Clients to entities intermediating in payment transactions and to suppliers for whom such data is necessary for the execution of the Agreement payment. In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum.
  3. The Service Provider may also collect data on: the IP address used by the Client, location, browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, installed extensions - for statistical purposes and to more efficiently solve reported problems, as well as the websites visited by the Client, the amount spent on each time - for statistical purposes.
  4. The Administrator processes Personal Data for the purpose of providing and implementing the Agreement, for the purpose of marketing its services in the event of the Client's consent, and for other legally justified purposes.

The basis for the processing of Personal Data

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the Customer and in cases where the law authorizes the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of legal provisions or to implement the Agreement concluded between the parties.
  2. Providing Personal Data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the Order.
  3. Clients have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete/forget, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Commercial information

  1. The Administrator may send Clients commercial information about the Administrator's products and services and other products and services, including to the e-mail addresses provided by them, provided that the Client has agreed to receive them. The Client may revoke the consent at any time.
  2. The Administrator may process Personal Data in order to improve services.

Security

  1. Form filling connections are made over a secure encrypted connection.

Transmission and sharing of Personal Data

  1. The Administrator may transfer or share Personal Data with third parties in the event that:
    1. The customer agrees or
    2. it will be justified by law, or
    3. it will be necessary for the provision and implementation of the Agreement, or
    4. it will be necessary in the debt collection process.
  2. In the above cases, Personal Data will be transferred on the basis of a contract for entrusting the processing of Personal Data, unless the law excludes such an obligation. Entrusting the processing of Personal Data in the situation described in the first sentence will ensure the protection of Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act at a level at least the same as the security applied by the Administrator.

Client's rights

  1. Clients have the right to access their data and the right to rectify, delete/forget, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal . Additional provisions

  1. The Service Provider's website may periodically contain links to other websites. Such websites operate independently of the Service Provider's website and are in no way supervised by the Service Provider. These websites may have their own privacy policies, which we recommend that you read.
